"I shopped around for the best value on home and car insurance after moving to my "new to me" home. This State Farm office easily got me the best deal for homeowners insurance and a reasonable price for auto. Now I just received a notice that my auto insurance is decreasing by a good amount based on our driving habits. I'm very happy I switched to State Farm!"

"I needed homeowners insurance, as well as 2 vehicles bundled. I called Becky Ledbetter, and Hailey picked up. What a breath of fresh air she is when having to deal with insurance. She answered my many questions in detail, and with patience. It was nice to not only talk on the phone to someone local, but I was able to stop by her office and put a face to the voice -- that is something I've missed when doing insurance online. I highly recommend this State Farm location."

"“Roadside Assistance” on my auto policy don’t count on it they use swoop/agero who’s just a middle man. lies lies lies State Farm and you should be ashamed of yourself for offering them"

While there is a third-party administrator for emergency roadside assistance, you also have the option to use a local vendor and be reimbursed directly for any covered expenses by your State Farm agent. We hope this information is helpful."

"Becky and Jennifer have been very helpful. The customer service at State Farm has been significantly better than my previous auto insurance as it was very hard to contact a human vs an automated robot. My poor review does not have to do with the customer service it comes from the fact that I was in 2 accidents (1 not being my fault and 1 my fault) and the State Farm underwriters have decided to not renew my insurance because of the amount of money paid out. Well, isn't the whole reason why we pay for auto insurance? To pay for accidents when they happen? I am pretty upset, as I'm under the impression that it is an insurance company's job to help people when accidents occur. That's the whole reason why people pay for insurance to be protected when accidents happen, which are unpredictable, that's why they're called accidents... I'm pretty disappointed with this company's decision to back out of their end of their job. There was no accident forgiveness opportunity, just simply a "don't let the door hit you on the way out." Again, the customer service was great from when I first started, to when I got into the accidents. That's one of the reasons I'm so baffled. I would've thought they could do more to help me, and all they said is to come back in 3 years when "my record is clear." No thank you, I'm not interested in coming back to a company that is willing to drop me if/when an accident occurs. If you get in an accident, be prepared for the company to not renew your policy!! I understand this is likely out of Becky's direct control, so this review is directed at State Farm itself and not her specifically."
